5:45 AM. It is Sunday morning. Sleep “annoyance” was a big thing last night. I was woke up by the turbines at 12:53, 1:54, 3:24, 4:56 and 5:45. At 5:45 I got up because I could sleep no more.

5:10 AM. It was the usual sleep deprivation night last night. I’m being woke up earlier and earlier. Last night I wrote down 11:43, 3:45, and 4:15. There were more wake ups I just did not write down. After 4:15 I don’t think I slept. I got up just before 5:00 AM.

5:45 AM. I was woke by the turbines 4 or 5 times over night. I was able to get back to a rest-less sleep. I feel exhausted right now. I should feel rested.
7:30 AM. Wind NNE, 18.3 rpms. There is a jet sounding noise from turbine 4. There is a thumping and pounding noise from turbine 6. I feel exhausted and need a nap.

5:00 PM. There was strong winds all day and rain mid afternoon. The turbine noise was filling the air, but was masked partially by the wind and rain.
There was more going on the last three days as far as wind turbine noise and low frequency noise. I just did not feel like writing. You can not imagine how the constant sound affects and controls the mind and body.

Last night was filled with sleep deprivation. I was woke by the turbine first at 11:55, then 1:11, 2:30, 4:25, and 5:05. There were more wake ups, but not written down. After 5:05 I could no longer sleep.

4:50 AM. Sleep was a little better last night only being woke up 3 or 4 times.
7:15 PM I was gone all day. When I was 15 miles west of home I could see the turbines were not turning. As I got out of the car I felt good. In other words there is a different feeling in the air when the turbines are stopped vs. when they are turning.

5:25 AM. It was a horrible night of sleep deprivation. I was woke up 8 to 10 times. If I don’t write the time down I find my estimate of wake ups by the turbines are low. The more calm the air and less ambient sound there is the more the ill affects of the turbines are felt. The times I wrote down are 1;22, 2:21, 3:12, 4:55 and 5:16. 6:40 AM. Wind NE, calm, 10.8 rpms. The turbines are turning slow with just a motor hum or grinding noise.
8:50 PM, Wind E. Turbines are turning fairly slow with a fairly quiet noise yet very audible with affects at 1560 feet away from the turbine.

Neither my wife nor I slept very well last night. She was up several times. The turbines were turning fairly slow, but that does not matter. If they are turning they have a impact on sleep and health.

4:25 PM. Rain. the turbines have been turning between 11 and 12 rpms all day. That is very slow.
7:05 PM Wind NE, 11.0 rpms. Fog and drizzle. The noise is fairly quiet or covered up by the drizzle hitting the trees and ground. The affects are still felt such as a nauseated feeling in my stomach and crackling in my ears.
